I really am spoiled. I've been so blessed with a great pregnancy and surrounded by so much support. I've also been able to spoil myself when it comes to enjoying some different luxurious belly creams by The Spoiled Mama.
Now that my belly is about the size of a basketball (maybe bigger, I'm not sure) stretchmarks are on red alert. I haven't spotted any yet, and I'm trying to get better at using my different lotions and creams to keep them from appearing.Yea, yea, I've heard the creams don't work and it's genetic but what could it hurt? I personally think keeping up your water intake and keeping your skin hydrated can help. So far I haven't spotted any on my belly!
I notice my skin does look different when I haven't used creams, there's a weird bump-like thing that starts to bulge above my belly button. I was worried for a moment that I had some kind of disease but I've noticed it in other belly photos so I guess it's normal! When my skin is silky smooth and hydrated though I don't notice it really at all, so I'm starting to think it's some kind of stretch mark trying to come up.
I've been lucky to find companies that use organic products to make nice creams and lotions.
